Samuel Strode

A group of people headed by Linda Denny of Cincinnati have raised the money to purchase a new grave stone for ancestor Samual Strode.
The stone will be set and dedicated on Saturday May 3, 2008
The cemetery is located on the old Fred Adams farm on Strode's Run Road.

Maysville Cemetery

These are the grave makers of Thomas McConnell and Frances Dearing Downing. Parents of William A. Downing, grand parents of William H. Downing and great grand parents of Kenneth W. Downing. Note that Thomas' stone is a Civil War stone. He served in the 7th Confederate Cavalry.
